NoPests Madex 2 Codling Moth Concentrate is an effective organic solution designed to tackle codling moth infestations on fruit crops like apples and pears. This concentrate uses the Codling Moth Granulosis Virus (CpGV), a natural pathogen that specifically targets codling moth caterpillars in their early stages, ensuring minimal impact on beneficial insects like bees.

• Organic Formula: Based on a natural virus, making it safe for fruit consumption after rinsing.
• Specific Targeting: Effectively controls young codling moth caterpillars before they burrow into fruit.

Directions for Use:

• Preparation: Shake well before use. Dilute 6ml of Madex 2 in 10 litres of water.
• Application: Spray the mixture onto foliage until runoff. Avoid letting the mixture stand to prevent settling.
• Coverage: 10 litres is sufficient for 2-4 treatments of 5-10 trees, each 3m tall.

Timing and Storage:

• Application Period: Start in early to mid-October when larvae are hatching. Repeat every 7-14 days until mid-December.
• Storage: Keep in a fridge at 5°C or less for up to 22 months. If stored at room temperature, use within 28 days.
