Gas Usage Guide

A 9kg propane cylinder provides approximately 9,000 bursts (Approx. 1,000 bursts per kg)

Example usage:

• Double burst
• Every 5 minutes
• 12 hours per day

This equals:

• 24 activations per hour
• 288 bursts per day
• Under this usage, a 9kg cylinder will last approximately 31 days.

Installation & Operation

Inside the box you will find:

• 1x Main Body
• 1x End Barrel (No.30)
• 1x Fine Adjustment Valve (No.39)
• 1x User Manual

Setup Instructions

1. Attach the end barrel (No.30) to the main body using a 10–11 wrench. Do not remove diaphragm (No.29).
2. Connect the fine adjustment valve (No.39) to the small cylinder.
3. Switch safety catch to ON.
4. Open cylinder valve.
5. Gradually adjust fine regulating valve to 1.5 position until bellows inflate and click.
6. Adjust valve to set desired burst timing (between 2–20 minutes).

✔ Move valve toward 0 to increase interval time.
✔ Lubricate with engine oil weekly.
✔ Close valve and switch to SAFETY when not in use.

Important Notes

• If safety engages unexpectedly, check silicone hose for obstruction.
• Initial explosion may be weak during startup — allow system to cycle again with valve set to position 2.
