How to Use:

1. Prepare Surfaces: Clean and dry the surfaces to be bonded.
2. Mix Epoxy: Pierce the tubes and dispense equal amounts of both parts onto a clean surface. Mix thoroughly.
3. Apply Glue: Apply the mixed epoxy to both surfaces.
4. Join Pieces: Press the surfaces together and hold for a few seconds.
5. Allow to Set: Let the bond set for 10 minutes before applying any strain. Full strength is reached in 8 hours.
6. Storage: Replace the cap to seal after use.

Limitations:

• Not for Polyethylene or Polypropylene: Does not bond these plastics
• Heat Sensitivity: Bond strength weakens above 65°C but is regained once temperature returns to normal.
• Gap Filling: Not ideal for large gaps; surfaces should be relatively smooth and closely fitting.

Handy Tips:

• Mix Small Quantities: Large quantities set faster, reducing working time.
• Cold Weather: Bonding time may take longer in colder temperatures.
• Repositioning: To reposition, heat the bond to 150°C to soften the adhesive, then carefully adjust the joint.
• Cured Adhesive Removal: Once cured, scrape or sand the adhesive off. Solvents will not dissolve the bond.

Clean-Up:

• Uncured Product: Remove with acetone or nail polish remover.
• Cured Product: Sand or scrape off cured adhesive. Heat can soften cured product for easier removal.
