Hollyhock Chaters Double Mix brings a little ‘olde worlde’ charm to your borders with these cottage garden favourites. The paeony-shaped flowers are mostly double in an impressive colour range which includes pink, scarlet, yellow and white. A hardy perennial, flowering the first year, growing to a plant height of 240cm.
Sow 1.5cm deep in a seed bed and keep moist. Thin out to 7.5cm apart. In cold districts overwinter seedlings in a cold frame and plant out in September. Sow in autumn to early winter.
