Orders & Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Orders are sent from our Auckland warehouse via the Courier Post network. Orders usually arrive within 1-3 days from when order is placed. On the odd occasion where the courier network is stressed it may take 5+ days to receive your item.

How do I create an account?

There are 2 ways to create an account. 

  1. Create an account at checkout when purchasing your first item. Simply click the create account checkbox when filling out your billing credentials.
  2. Click here and register with an email and password
How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping details by logging in and going to your account page here

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been picked up by Courier Post, you will get email notifications to the email you used for your account throughout the journey of your package. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive an email within a day after your order has been placed.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We do not store your credit card details on file. We support the following payment methods

  • eWay as our secure payment gateway. Credit Card info can be saved however it is securely stored on eWay servers
  • Paypal – We allow payment via Paypal funds along with Credit Card payment through the Paypal platform. All payment details get managed through their platform.
Do you ship to my country

For small consumer orders we ship throughout NZ & Australia.  

For larger commercial or bulk orders we ship worldwide. 

Will my items come in one package?

This will depend on the size of the products and also the amount of products you order from us.

We try our best to cut down on the number of packages we send to a customer as long as the package is not too heavy.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on package weight or dimensions, whichever is larger.

Typically shipping fees range from $6 - $50 depending on package weight and shipping location.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Pestrol is committed to customer satisfaction so if you are not completely satisfied with our products, they may be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund for up to 30 days after purchase. For more info please read our Terms & Conditions

I received the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item, please call us on 0800 88 88 44 asap and one of our support staff will arrange to get the correct item to you immediately and arrange a return for the incorrect item.

My order arrived damaged

We refer to this as DOA. Please contact us on 0800 88 88 44 and talk with one of our support staff. Once damage is confirmed we will arrange for a new item to be sent immediately and arrange a return for the damaged item.

Where should I email my authorised return?

Once you have received a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) from us, please send the return to

How do I receive Customer Support?

You can receive support by calling our support staff on 0800 88 88 44 or by using our chat service on our website.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Please call us immediately on 0800 88 88 44 so we can update our system before your item gets dispatched.

Can I cancel or change an order once I have submitted it?

If you would like to cancel your order, contact us immediately so your item does not get dispatched. We will then refund via the same payment method within 14 business days.

If you would like to change your order, contact us immediately and we will refund your first order so that you can place a new order for the correct items. We will refund via the same payment method within 14 business days.

Account Deletion

If you don’t want an account with us anymore your can email us an account deletion request. You will need to use the same email address that you signed up with. Please use our contact form here.
