Rocket (Eruca sativa) sometimes called arugula is quick and easy to grow all year round, micro greens, sprouts and seedlings add a peppery bite to salads, snacks or stir fries.

How To Grow:

Thinly at fortnightly intervals for succession, in rows 30cm apart.
Thin to 10cm between plants and use thinning’s in the salad bowl.
Keep moist, do not allow to dry out, this helps to prevent them running to seed.
When To Plant: All year as required.

Harvest: All year as required.
