Peppermint Seeds (Mentha x Piperita), is a hybrid mint, a cross between spearmint and watermint. Indigenous to the Middle East and Europe, the plant is now widely spread and cultivated in many regions of the world and is occasionally found in the wild with its parent species.
Lightly press seeds on to the surface of your soil or potting mix – mint requires light to germinate.
Once seedling appear (7-120 days) thin and plant 30 cm apart
Prefers shady damp conditions in the garden, will spread so plant where it can be contained ideally in pots or planters.
