Perpetual Spinach – Vegetable Seeds

Perpetual Spinach (Beta vulgaris) as the name suggests, provides a constant harvest over a long period, resists bolting, and it grows well in pots and the garden, delivering a mild, delicate flavour.

How To Grow:

1. Sow thinly 12mm deep in rows 30cm apart.
2. Thin out to 30cm apart.
3. Water well during dry spells.
4. Seedlings emerge 14-21 days.
5. Repeat at 3 weekly intervals for a continuous crop.

When To Plant: Spring to Autumn
